Installation & Customer Service Co-ordinator

Pooled Energy is an authorised retailer of electricity offering swimming pool owners and operators a bundle of technology, pool services and electricity.

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic person to track progress from order to installation. This is not a call centre role, but is the central point of contact for our customers and internal stakeholders throughout the business. . The role is the first-line-of-response for customers providing product and service information and resolving product and service enquiries.

The role also manages project document registers such as risks, issues and status.

The role includes:

  • Managing complex customer interactions via phone and email promptly and efficiently
  • Reporting on project status, schedules, risks and issues
  • Maintaining program schedules, financials, reports and databases
  • Working with installation teams and managers to define tasks and follow up status
  • Coordinating with customers and organising install schedules
  • Engaging potential customers by answering product and service questions
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording information in customer databases
  • Resolving product or service issues by clarifying a customer’s issue, determining the problem, advising on solutions in consultation with internal team members, following up to ensure resolution
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

Applicants must demonstrate the following:

  • A science or technical background
  • Experience as a project/program administrator or coordinator
  • Excellent attention to detail and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with and influence a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service
